What email providers are supported?
We currently support Resend and SendGrid as inbound email providers. Both are available on Free and Pro plans. You configure your provider's webhook to point to your unique endpoint URL, and we handle the routing.
What is BYODB (Bring Your Own Database)?
BYODB lets you connect your own PostgreSQL database to store email data. Your emails are stored directly in your database — giving you full ownership and control over your data. This feature is available on all plans. Free users are required to bring their own database.
How does mail retention work?
On the Free plan, you bring your own PostgreSQL database and control retention entirely. On the Pro plan with Managed Database, emails are retained for 90 days. With BYODB on either plan, retention is under your control — there are no limits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade to Pro or downgrade to Free at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to all Pro features. When downgrading, your existing webhooks and data remain, but new limitations apply.
Is there an API available?
Yes, the Pro plan includes full REST API access for programmatic management of webhooks, forwarding targets, and mail queries. The API allows you to automate your email routing workflows and integrate with your existing tools.
What happens when I hit my webhook limit?
On the Free plan, you can create 1 webhook endpoint with 1 forwarding target. When you reach the limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro for unlimited webhooks and targets.
